For the dough:

  • 2 ¼ cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon instant yeast
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup warm water
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • 1 can (14 ounces) crushed tomatoes
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano

Instructions:
