Salaar Teaser Review: Prabhas’ Film Delivers Strong KGF Vibes with Hints of Part 2

SALAAR TEASER HAS SEVERE KGF VIBES

As reported earlier, Salaar will release in theater on 28th Sep 2023.  amid massive expectations. The film, like Prabhas’ previous ventures, will have a pan-India release.

By posting the teaser at 5.12 am, Prashanth Neel and the Salaar crew made an intriguing decision that grabbed everyone’s attention. They made this choice for a specific reason. They disclosed that Rocky Bhai (played by Yash) from the well-known film KGF met his demise in the sea at precisely 5.12 am. Fans have been eagerly awaiting the convergence of these two worlds ever since that point. Just picture Prabhas and Yash sharing the screen, two of the most renowned actors of our day. It is a scene that will undoubtedly be remembered in film history.

The brief teaser opens with Tinnu Anand perched atop a car’s hood and guys wielding machine guns surrounding him. The whole setting and colour scheme have a KGF-like feel to it. By stating plainly that a lion, cheetah, tiger, and elephant can be hazardous, but not at Jurrasic Park, Tinnu Anand is generating excitement for Salaar. As he says this, images of Prabhas viciously dispatching his opponents while brandishing an axe, a sword, and guns appear. Once more, it’s impossible to deny the powerful KGF feelings!

SALAAR VS KGF

Salaar and KGF are immediately comparable to one another in the teaser. A colourful hero who talks about violence as though it were his birthright appeared in Yash’s KGF. Prabhas is introduced as the most vicious man in Salaar. He is compared to a dinosaur, the ancestor of all carnivores, in fact. It appears like Prashanth Neel included situations that may contrast the universes of Salaar and KGF on purpose.

There’s no dearth of action sequences in KGF and it was one of the talking points of the film. Looking at the Salaar teaser, one can guarantee that this will be a violent film that is high on action.

Salaar, like KGF, is a period drama where one man controls the world he is in. The dark visuals and the editing pattern are reminiscent of the Yash-starrer. In Salaar, it is Prithviraj Sukumaran. He makes a brief appearance in the teaser.

The cherry on top was when Salaar’s title rolled and Part 1: Ceasefire flashed on screen, the filmmakers shocked the audience. The Prabhas-starring movie will also have a sequel.
